Event briefing

An event briefing is the clear upfront alignment of a project's goal, flow, roles and timing.

In short

An event briefing is the structured alignment before an event: goal, group, flow, roles, timing, safety and communication are clarified so everyone shares the same picture on the day.

The clearer the briefing, the calmer the delivery. Good briefings capture who does what and when, which alternatives apply and how decisions are made if something changes.
